Dr. Greg Adams, PhD
Associate Professor
Fox Chase Cancer Center
Greg Adams is an Associate Professor and expert in antibody engineering. Greg graduated PhD from the University of California at Davis for developments in preclinical tumour targeting with radiolabelled monoclonal antibodies, focusing on the interactions between the antibodies and receptors on the liver. Greg then joined the Fox Chase Cancer Centre and has recently taken over as Head of the Antibody Targeting Group focused on engineered antibody fragments (single-chain Fv molecules).
Greg Adams is a faculty member of the Department of Medical Oncology at Fox Chase Cancer Centre (since 1994) and is focused on translational research for clinical product developments including characterization of the properties required for efficient tumour-targeting by engineered antibody-based molecules. Greg develops immunoconjugates for cancer treatment including the development of radioactive nanoparticle immunoconjugates, ImmunoPET imaging using engineered antibody fragments and the detection of circulating tumour antigens using piezoelectric immuno-nanocantilevers. |
